Friuli is widely considered one of the regions best suited to viticulture, thanks to its climate and soil types. The “Grave del Friuli” DOC zone embraces a large part of the Friulian flatlands that benefit particularly from

Nature’s bounty, making them an ideal location for the production of premium-quality wines.
It is here that the Azienda Agricola Steva is located, on ten hectares, where white and red grapes are grown in conformity with DOC regulations. However, the excellence of the fruit is not guaranteed by the natural characteristics of the territory alone. Human intervention, too, plays its part, with commitment and shrewdly intelligent care, while respecting the harmony of Nature. These are the principles on which Danilo and Stefano Marchi founded their winemaking activities in 1981, to produce characterful wines with premium-quality profiles.
